FAQ
Questions You Might Have
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept several insurances including BCBS, Aetna, Harvard Pilgram, United, and Cigna.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand things come up, and I will do my best to work with you to find a time to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are subject to the full session fee.
Do you work with other diagnoses?
Absolutely. While I specialize in ADHD, I also work with many clients navigating anxiety, depression, autism, and other related challenges. Since these experiences often overlap, therapy can support more than just one area of concern.
Is telehealth therapy effective?
Yes, for many people telehealth is just as effective as in person therapy. Both have their advantages, but telehealth can be especially supportive for those navigating executive functioning challenges by making therapy more accessible and easier to fit into daily life.
How long until I see benefits?
This can vary. Some clients notice positive shifts within the first few sessions, while for others change is more gradual. Either way, we'll check in regularly to make sure therapy feels productive and that you're moving toward your goals
Do you diagnose ADHD?
Yes, as a licensed clinician I can diagnose ADHD. That said, many clients find it valuable to seek formal neuropsychological testing, especially if they are hoping to explore medication as part of their treatment.
